Meet at the Orchard
Join local yoga teacher Penny for a morning of peace and tranquillity in the Community Orchard.  Sun Salutations or Surya Namaskar are a series of yoga postures put together in a graceful flow.  Each movement is coordinated with the breath. They build strength and enhance flexibility and, while focusing on the breath, create a stillness of the mind, a moving meditation.
