Health benefits and Wellbeing

The park provides a space for walking for physical health and fitness with potential benefits for well being and mental health.
Tai Chi/Yoga/Nordic Walking/Outdoor Gym/Playground/Netball and Tennis Courts are among other activities available in the park.
