2023 Annual Report

The last twelve months have been a busy and phenomenally successful year for volunteer activities in Broomfield Park, with our now established volunteer groups working effectively across many areas.

The AGM in November included a comprehensive report on the year from the co-chairs of the Friends of Broomfield Park. You can read the full report here.

The FoBP very much recognise the value and importance of our parks to the local and wider environment, for the enjoyment, health and well-being of our communities and in helping ameliorate the adverse effects of climate change.

We have over some years been engaged with Enfield Council and bodies such as Thames 21 and other volunteer groups in supporting and developing Broomfield Park in terms of its environmental benefits.

We have recently been invited to participate in the Enfield Climate Action Forum (EnCaf) and have produced a document in relation to this. Click on the photograph to access the full document.
